Shipping & Returns
We will process your order within 2 business days following payment in cleared funds. Personalised items or bulk orders will have additional processing times. Please refer to the individual product pages for timeframes.
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Rural addresses will add an extra 2 days on to the standard delivery times.
International
We currently only ship internationally to Australia. We will process your order within 2 business days following payment in cleared funds. Personalised items or bulk orders will have additional processing times. Please refer to the individual product pages for timeframes.
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow between 5-12 days for delivery. Rural addresses will add an extra 2 days to the standard delivery times.
Delivery Times
You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days following dispatch (in New Zealand) and 5-13 days (in Australia). During busy periods for Couriers this may increase.
Please note: If an order is urgent, please contact the team at hello@forapawpose.co.nz and we will try our very best to accommodate. Additional charges may apply. Pickup is unavailable at this time.
Tracking & Delivery
We will email you a tracking number once we have printed a label for your parcel. Tracking updates will become available once it has been collected by the courier. You can follow the links in the email to track your order.
Free Delivery
Only valid for orders over $150 and with a New Zealand delivery address.
If the goods you receive are faulty, please take a photograph within 5 days or receiving the item and return instructions will then be provided. Items must be returned to our premises within 7 days of receiving the return label. A replacement will then be send to you free of charge. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
No refund will be issued for change of mind.
Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
